Coney's

Court reporting requires spending hours on my Protege so the crockpot is my new best friend.  Making Coney's, aka Skyline Chili, is a quick, easy recipe for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.

Intruder in the house

 

I'm sitting at my computer ready to take a Q&A (Question and Answer) test for SpeedBuilding.  Wonders of wonders, I don't have any test anxiety which is totally abnormal for me.  And after taking four Jury Charge Tests on Friday at 60wpm, 70wpm, 80wpm, and 90wpm, a Q&Q at 60 wpm seem very doable.  

I have my Protege facing away from my computer and I am looking outside my office door into my living room and kitchen.  My eyes are fixed on my fridge for my focal point.  I start writing the first sentence, when I see a shadow of movement along the bottom of my front of my fridge.  

A squirrel is in my house and in my kitchen.  

Aggravation is

having only 10 sentences left on your homework and coming to the end of your paper strip.  Sigh, time for a break before I start my homework all over again...
