Even though we're calling the June Kit, Boys and Their Toys, these papers will work great for all your photos. Check out Lisa's layout, We Girls, and see a very feminine layout using these papers.
The June Kit is now available in the Crop Addict shop.
Want a add some dimension to your titles? Check out the June Kit Option and the dimensional chipboard alphabet set.

This week's challenge is to create a greeting card. The only requirement is that the card has to have one homemade embellishment on it.
Post your card in the May Weekly Challenge gallery by Monday, June 6th @ midnight PDT and be sure to link it back in the Crop Addict forum too!
Here's my example. I created this card using leftovers from the Crop Addict May 2011 Kit and I created the pleated flower from scratch (see my step by step instructions here).

Hi everyone! Today I want to share with you how I created this layout "Nap Time", using the fabulous May Kit from Crop Addict, called "Thank Heaven for Little Girls"!!!
Gather your supplies: Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Kit, Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Kit Option, two 3.5”x5” vertical photos (color), twine, sheet of music paper (3”x4”), a few flowers, the butterfly die cut sheet from your Crop Addict April kit, spray ink, butterfly punch, 2 border punches, stamping ink to ink some of the edges, journaling pen, trimmer, scissors, foamdots, stapler.
Take the light dotted sheet of patterned paper (Crate Paper), put the butterfly die cut sheet (back side up) on top of and spray ink. Then take your border punch and punch around the entire page. Adhere to the pink cardstock sheet.
Cut three strips (1.5”x10.75”) of paper (Crate Paper) all with a different design and use a border punch to punch along one of the edges. Ink the edges and adhere to your page, one a bit overlapping the other.
Adhere a photo matt to your centre photo and arrange your two photos and the piece of music paper above (a bit on) these 3 strips of paper. Use your journaling pen to draw a “faux stitched line” around these.
Choose one of the “Crate Paper Sparkle Chips” and add to the sheet of music paper (using a foam dot) and add a flower. Add the title under the centre photo and add a flower as well. Add a piece of twine “in loops” over the strips of paper and title. Adhere with stapler.
Stick some stickers from your Crate sticker sheet in the left top corner of your page and add flower. Add some handwritten journaling in one of the stickers.
Punch two large butterflies (ink edges) and adhere to the right top corner of your page. Draw the "feelers".
This is it!!
Happy crafting!
Monique

This week's challenge is simple - Create a layout that utilizes three tags minimum.
Here's my example. I used two tags to hold the initials and one tag on the background. Upload by PDT Monday May 30th at Midnight to the Crop Addict gallery.
Be sure to link your layout back to the Crop Addict forum too.

This month I’m going to explain to you how I created my layout “Little One” using the Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Scrapbooking Kit and the Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Scrapbooking Kit Option.
1. Gather your supplies: Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Kit, Crop Addict May 2011 Monthly Kit Option, two 3.5”x5” photos (color) photos – one horizontal and one vertical -, twine, little beads, butterfly punch, border punch, stamping ink to ink some of the edges, journaling pen, trimmer, scissors, gluedots, stapler.
2. I used the yellow/white chequered patterned paper for my background (The Girls Paperie) and added two border strips on top AND on the bottom of this page (both The Girls Paperie).
3. Just below the middle of the page I adhered a 3”x12” strip of paper (The Girls Paperie) and below and above this strip I added a small border.
4. Add the two photos: the vertical one on the right side of the page (wind a bit of twine around this photo) and the horizontal one on the left side of this photo and slightly underneath. Slip one of the Maya Road journaling cards above and underneath the photos just left of the middle.
5. Cut out the title from your sheet of velvet sayings (MM) and adhere above the horizontal photo. Cut out another saying from this same sheet and adhere under the vertical photo.
6. Add the flowers and some punched butterflies. Staple the two little strips of paper in place and draw a striped line around the corners of your photos.
7. Cut six small strips of paper (0.25”x12”), wet them just a little and roll them around the end of pencil. Adhere 5 of them with gluedots below the horizontal photo and fill them with some beads. Adhere the sixth on the right hand side of the vertical photo.
8. Add some handwritten journaling.
This is it!!
Happy crafting!

I am really on a border kick right now. Borders really define a layout and there are so many different supplies you can use for a border. So this week's challenge is to create a layout using three different supplies to create borders.
Post your layout in the May 9-16 weekly challenge gallery by midnight PDT on Monday May 23rd and be sure to link your layout back to the Crop Addict weekly challenge forum too!
Here is my example! I used a strand of pearls, ric-rac and a border sticker to create three different borders.
